Welcome to CREASHIFT. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Engagement
CREASHIFT provides digital marketing, SEO, web development, and branding services. Each project engagement is governed by a specific Scope of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties. We reserve the right to decline any project that does not align with our professional standards.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees, the client shall own the final deliverables created specifically for them. However, CREASHIFT retains the right to use non-confidential elements of the work, including screenshots and concepts, for promotional, portfolio, and case study purposes.
3. Payment Terms
- A standard 50% advance deposit is required to initiate any project.
- Balance payments are due upon completion or as per the agreed milestones.
- Monthly recurring services (SEO, Ads Management) are billed in advance.
- Delayed payments exceeding 15 days may result in a temporary suspension of services.
4. Digital Performance & Guarantees
CREASHIFT aims for the highest standards of digital performance. However, due to the evolving nature of search engine algorithms (Google, Bing) and third-party advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads), we do not guarantee specific ranking positions or conversion rates. We commit to applying industry best practices to achieve the best possible results.
5. Content Approval
The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content (text, images, data) provided to CREASHIFT. Final approval of all digital work must be provided by the client in writing. CREASHIFT is not liable for errors discovered after final client approval.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect the confidential information of the other party. CREASHIFT will not disclose client business strategies or proprietary data to any third party without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode or Ernakulam, Kerala.
